When you chat with a Samp Health Representative, create an account or use the Website to view an appointment information, you may voluntarily give us certain information about yourself. If you’re using the Services on your mobile device, you may also choose to provide us with location data. If you use the Services to record a photograph or a video you may also choose to provide us with access to your camera.
